What's the fastest way to reach your team?

What are your office hours?
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Fridays are reserved for faculty meetings and student enrichment, so responses may come the following Monday.
Do I need to apply before I can talk to someone?
No. A consultation is just a conversation — no application, no commitment, and no pressure. Our academic advisors listen first, answer your questions honestly, and help you decide whether Enlightium Prep is the right fit for your family.
What happens during a family consultation?
A ~20-minute conversation with one of our academic advisors. We ask about your child, your goals, and your concerns. We walk you through how Prep works, what a typical week looks like, and what accreditation, tuition, and college prep include. You'll leave with a clear picture of whether Prep is the right fit.
Who should be on the call?
We recommend both parents if possible, and your student if they're in middle school or older. Hearing directly from the student helps us tailor our recommendations.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. It helps to think through a few questions beforehand — your child's current school, any academic or social concerns, and what you're hoping to find in a new school.
What grades does Enlightium Prep serve?
Grades 3–12. Enlightium Prep Online is designed for elementary, middle, and high school students. For PreK–12, families can explore Enlightium Academy or Enlightium Prep Campus.
Is Enlightium Prep accredited?
Yes — fully accredited by Cognia and ACSI, with courses recognized by CollegeBoard (AP) and the NCAA. Transcripts transfer, diplomas are recognized by colleges and employers nationwide.
Is this a homeschool program or a private school?
Enlightium Prep Online is a fully accredited private Christian school — not a homeschool curriculum. Teachers instruct, grade, and guide your child. You don't have to plan lessons, grade assignments, or manage the schedule.
Can my child start mid-year?
Yes. Enlightium Prep offers rolling enrollment year-round — students can start when your family is ready, not just in September.
